Britain is a country where old men like Fred Bowers take up and enjoy their break dancing

The 73 year old Fred Bowers from Loughborough appeared on the tv show, 'Britain’s Got Talent' two years ago to show off his break dancing skills.

Before the show he explained that he had taken up break dancing five years before and made his moves seven nights a week at the local nightclub where he was a local legend.

He had said : "It's something different and this is why people love it."

"There is a risk but if you stick to your tempo and timing, because that's what it's all about, there's no risk at all.

"But if you loose one beat, especially with a dangerous move, you will damage yourself."
